- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Certain items like innerwear, clearance sale products, or customized items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

- If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2days of delivery with photos or proof.

5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund .
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return after receiving the order.
