1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Certain items like innerwear, clearance sale products, or customized items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or color issues, subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2days of delivery with photos or proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping charges, if applicable).

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund .
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return after receiving the order.
